Shipping Terms- Free Shipping To Lower 48 States of US

We prioritize prompt, secure, and dependable delivery services as we highly esteem your order. Presently, Luxhomespace offers FREE shipping exclusively within the contiguous 48 states of the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico). Please note that we are unable to ship to PO BOXES or APO addresses.

If you want to cancel a shipped order or initiate a return for a delivered product, it’s important to note that applicable fees, including shipping and restocking fee, might be incurred. Additional information can be found on our Return & Refund page.

Shipping From & Shipping Time

Luxhomespace ships from both U.S warehouses and Manufacturer’s warehouses. See product page for specific shipping from address.

We are dedicated to expediting order fulfillment. Ready-to-ship items from U.S. warehouses are dispatched within 2-3 business days, with delivery expected in approximately 5-7 working days. For Made-To-Order items from manufacturers, dispatch occurs within 2-4 weeks, with delivery anticipated in around 8-12 weeks. (Kindly note that there might be occasional production and/or shipping delays for Made-To-Order items or custom orders. However, these delays do not provide valid reasons for order cancellation.)

Shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once the order has shipped.

Shipping Methods

For all the orders dispatched from U.S warehouse, Luxhomespace will deliver by couriers like FEDEX, UPS or Less-Than-Full-Truck for large packages. For all the orders dispatched from manufacturers’ warehouses, we’ll ship by sea to U.S warehouse first, then deliver to customers by couriers Fedex, UPS or Less-Than-Full-Truck for large packages.

Shipping Changes & Cancellations

• If a Ready-To-Ship order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can receive a refund for the total product value, minus 15% restocking fee per order. Changing your address or model won’t incur any fees.
• However, if the item is already en route, you have the option to decline delivery without opening the package or accept it if you chang your mind. If you choose to reject the delivery, a shipping and processing fee will be deducted to cover administrative and shipping costs, as outlined below:  a) Courier: USD 50 per package. b) Less-Than-Full-Truck Delivery: USD 200 per package.
• Made-To-Order items can’t be cancelled or returned once the production starts.
