Return and Refund

Return Terms

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date unless otherwise specified on the product detail page.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • No returns or exchanges after 30 days from the purchase date.
  • Items must be in the original packaging and original condition, uninstalled, unused, with no missing pieces, and with original tags or gift if there’s any.
  • Used items can not be returned.
  • Made-To-Order items can not be returned or exchanged.
  • Gift can’t be returned or exchanged.
  • If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer is responsible for all shipping fees and brokerage charges involved in returning a product for exchange or refund.
  • If due to our reasons such as the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
  • Luxhomespace is not obligated to pay labor or installation costs for the installation or un-installation of any product or returns.
  • Items created by hand or with natural materials may not be exactly as shown in the photos and due to the hand crafted nature of the products, fluctuations in color and size may occur.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@luxhomespace.com firstly. After your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please be informed that any unauthorized returns will not be eligible for a refund and will be rejected upon delivery to our returns center.

Damages And Issues

  • Inspect your items immediately upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order or goods were damaged during shipping, then we must be notified within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this 48-hour window may be denied.
  • Items with manufacturer defects or shipping damage will be fixed or replaced or refund, the customer is responsible for shipping the defective or damaged item(s) back to us.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
